Traquair 6th and 7th August
After a gap of a year the new incarnation of TRASH'd did its stuff. Great feed back. One of the great local festivals

Solfest 27th and 28th
A first for TRASH'd and the workshop team. Led by Katie, her first time fronting workshops. Pete drove the group down by bus and Finlay drove the van. We have a lot of video and photos. This is the first of them. The group got to meet a lot of other bands besides doing their performances. Seem to have had a great time. Pete is bursting with pride.

Newton Aycliffe 27th, 28th 29th July
Finlay and Haley met up with Alan and Marianne to work on multi-media project at Greenfield Arts Centre, Newton Aycliffe, Count Durham. They led the group through pieces involving drum, xylophone, tubular bell, batphones as well as some small instruments made on site by the Percy Group with added special effects recorded during the project and the traditional barrel painting. Finlay recorded a lot of material from the project which we have turned into a DVD for Greenfield

Hexham 28th and 29th May
We have been visiting the traditional youth festival held by Folkworks at Hexham for a number of years now. We started off with urely workshops in the centre of town. Since the development of TRASH'd, our performance group, they have represented us, ometimes with additional workshops, sometimes not. Here's a few of the many photos taken by Michael Smith, driver for the weekend.

Poland
2005 - another TRASH adventure abroad. At the end of 2004 Magda Skiba, Director of The Gdansk branch of the Polish Association for Persons with Mental Disability (PSOUU) asked Bill to bring a group over to do a TRASH project for their big May Festival; the festival to integrate disabled and non disabled from a number of European Countries in artistic workshops and final displays and processions.
